Rev. Joseph O. Jackson is the Chairman and Founder of Acts of Change Network – PEACENIC, a community-based organization dedicated to building safer, healthier, and more connected communities through collaboration, education, and service. He is a licensed and ordained Baptist minister who has received formal biblical training and ministerial guidance through the Church of God (Anderson, Indiana), equipping him to serve both the church and the broader community with integrity and compassion.
Rev. Jackson earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and pursued biblical studies at Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. He combines his background in ministry, leadership, and business to develop innovative community initiatives that promote hope, restoration, and opportunity.
Under his leadership, PEACENIC has become known for its annual community festival, Community Roundtable Series, youth empowerment initiatives, and reentry support programs. He also serves in jail ministry, mentors emerging leaders, and advocates for partnerships that strengthen neighborhoods and improve quality of life.
Guided by his faith and a passion for serving others, Rev. Jackson believes that lasting change happens when communities unite with a shared purpose. His leadership continues to inspire collaboration, foster meaningful relationships, and create opportunities that empower individuals and transform communities.
